Just reading these two trying to cover their racist ways shows that they can't be speaking honestly about their present views. Given they can't even be honest about their past!

Byrd decided to offer the amendment after being approached by the group that is seeking to raise $100 million for construction of the monument to the slain civil-rights leader, according to his spokesman.
